Helping residents regain the life they love, while lowering their risk of subsequent injury and re-hospitalization. Outpatient rehabilitation therapies are also available to the general public, on-site at Luther Oaks.

Our Short-term rehabilitation is only available to Luther Oaks residents, helping them reach their maximum function and ability, getting them back to their homes in our community as quickly as possible. Physical, occupational and speech therapists from Select Rehabilitation are part of the Luther Oaks team, working together to develop individualized care plans.
Outpatient Rehabilitation Therapy, such as physical, occupational, and speech therapy, is available on an appointment basis to the general public on-site at Luther Oaks, in addition to being a convenient life-enriching service for our residents. Short-term rehabilitation at Luther Oaks refers to therapy services available only to our residents when recovering from hospital stays, illness or injury.
